Lengiso Hussein (he/his/him)
Born and raised in Saint Paul, MN, Lengiso is a UX designer. Lengiso enjoys conducting research sessions in order to find potential paint points. He then applies design concepts and principles to develop and strengthen the user experience.
As a young child brought up by African immigrant parents, I’ve been blessed with the chance to see the fruits of their labor. By working twice as hard as others they managed to instill remarkable ideals within my siblings and me. The most important being, “Hard work won’t make you successful, working passionately for something you believe in will make you successful.” Design to me isn’t making a neat product, it’s about making a product that satisfies my inner soul in all aspects. A product that has a positive impact on my community. A product that I can sit back 10-15 years later and truly believe helped my audience tremendously. This is what UX Design is to me.
